What we collect
When you submit an enquiry on this site we collect: your full name, email address, phone number, your stated intended use (owner-occupier, investor, or tenant looking), any free-text message you provide, the unit and project the enquiry relates to, the URL of the page you submitted from, and basic attribution data (UTM parameters, the referring URL, and any Meta click identifier in the URL).
We also log your IP address and browser user-agent string at the moment of submission for spam-prevention and audit purposes.
Who sees your information
Your enquiry is delivered directly to our exclusive co-marketing selling agents and to Ultra Urban Pty Ltd (the developer):

- Integrated Property Partners (David McPhillips, Mark Horgan)
- Ultra Urban Pty Ltd
We do not sell or rent your information to any third party.
We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver email notifications and Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish humans from bots on this form. These providers process the minimum information needed to deliver each service.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, send you the requested Information Memorandum (where you identify as an investor), schedule a site inspection (where you identify as an owner-occupier), and to forward relevant enquiries to the nominated marketing agents. We may also use the data to send you follow-up communications about Ellevation at North Harbour and similar Ultra Urban projects you have shown interest in.
Retention
We retain enquiry records for the duration of the active sales campaign and for at least seven years afterwards, in line with Australian tax and audit obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time. To make a request, or to opt out of marketing communications, email privacy@ultraurban.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
